Our organization operates through prayer, teamwork, and a shared commitment to serving God and our community. Under the leadership of the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, we work together to guide the church’s ministries, programs, and outreach efforts.
Each department and ministry team plays an important role in fulfilling our mission from worship and teaching to community service and administration. Regular meetings are held to plan, review, and coordinate activities, ensuring that every effort aligns with our vision and values.

Shiba Rehan is a dedicated leader who supports and assists the Chairperson in guiding the church’s ministries and operations. She provides both spiritual and administrative oversight, ensuring that meetings, plans, and activities run smoothly and remain aligned with the church’s mission. Pastor Shiba leads with humility, integrity, and a spirit of teamwork always ready to step in where needed and faithfully committed to serving God and His people.

Together, our leadership and ministry teams work to ensure that every program, worship service, and outreach effort reflects our mission, strengthens our fellowship, and glorifies God.
In Narrow Gate Ministry, worship is a heartfelt expression of love and devotion to God. Guided by John 4:23-24, we worship in spirit and truth, offering sincere praise through singing, music, and heartfelt prayers. Our gatherings are filled with thanksgiving, humility, and reverence, reflecting gratitude for God’s goodness. Worship extends beyond the sanctuary, as we live in obedience, holiness, and service, presenting our lives as living sacrifices (Romans 12:1). Through unity, fellowship, and encouragement, every member participates fully, creating an atmosphere where God’s presence is honored, hearts are uplifted, and lives are transformed by His Word.
The reason I left you in Crete was that you might put in order what was left unfinished and appoint elders in every town, as I directed you. An elder must be blameless, faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient.
Bible say since an overseer manages God’s household, he must be blameless, not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.
Elders provide spiritual guidance, oversight, and care for the congregation. Through prayer, godly wisdom, and servant leadership, they help maintain unity, sound teaching, and biblical order within the body of Christ. At Narrow Gate Ministries, we deeply value the role of our elders. We recognize that they play a crucial part in shepherding the congregation, teaching sound doctrine, and modeling Christ-like character helping the church grow in faith, unity, and spiritual maturity, all for the glory of God.
Our team works together as one body, ensuring that worship takes place without any disturbance. We keep our eyes on every detail so that everything happens in an organized and orderly manner. Each member plays their role with honesty, dedication, and an active mind, serving with unity and purpose for the glory of God.

God calls His people to be wise stewards not fearful, but responsible. A security team fulfills this call by watching over the congregation and ensuring that worship and ministry happen safely.

At Narrow Gate Ministries, our church security team is dedicated to ensuring the safety of the congregation, staff, and property. They prevent disruptions, respond quickly to emergencies, and maintain a secure environment for worship. Their vigilance allows ministry activities to run smoothly, fostering a safe, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Proper Sunday School education builds faith in children and guides their moral development. It helps them understand right from wrong, form a personal relationship with God, and grow into responsible, spiritually grounded adults. Early instruction nurtures lifelong discipleship and prepares them for God’s kingdom.
Jesus values children and welcomes them. As written in Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. This emphasizes the importance of teaching and guiding children in faith.
At Narrow Gate Ministries, we understand how important religious education is for children. Our Sunday School teachers guide the children and collaborate with parents to help them understand the value of religious education and prepare their children in God’s ways. Our teachers give their best to shape children according to the teachings of the Bible.
