When you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just. Luke 14:12–14
Giving, according to the Bible, should be done cheerfully and not under pressure, as God delights in a willing heart. It should be humble and private, not done for public praise. Be intentional and consistent in your giving, making it a regular part of your life. Give according to your means—God does not expect more than you can offer. Trust that God will provide for your needs as you give. Let giving be an act of worship, honoring God with your resources. Most importantly, focus on helping the needy, reflecting God’s love and compassion through your generosity and care.
